Niagara Falls, NY 14304 You MUST have an RMA number before returning an item. Write the RMA number outside the box for identification. Please note: this is not our store location.
NO RMA, NO Store Credit or Exchanges
STORE CREDIT: Accepted within 3 business days upon receipt with 19% RESTOCKING Fee. Freight is non-refundable.
EXCHANGES: Accepted within 3 business days upon receipt with 19% RESTOCKING Fee plus 18.76 shipping.
NO REFUNDS: Only STORE CREDIT
STORE CREDIT and EXCHANGES:
Stocked Items will be accepted in return for a full REFUND including original outgoing freight charges for the following reasons:
a) The item is defective (Defective closeout or discontinued items will be repaired by the manufacturers repair agent and are refundable only if they can not be repaired).
b) The item received is not the ordered item.
-Standard unworn and unblemished items will be accepted for exchange for size, color, and style reasons.
-Freight is non-refundable on these exchanges; exchanges must arrive in advance of shipping the replacement item.
-Exchanges must be clearly marked with the RMA# OUTSIDE THE BOX.
-Any difference of cost will be charged or credited accordingly.
-You may exchange for any item or combination of items of equal or greater value as available at our web site.
-Exchanges incur a 19% Restocking Fee plus shipping of $18.76 will be charged to you.
RETURNS are NOT accepted from: International orders or CLOSEOUT SALE merchandise.
PARTIAL ORDERS
If all of the items in your order are not available or are sold out, we will ship available items. Unavailability of an item does not constitute grounds for refusing the remainder of the order unless you call us and speak with a Customer service rep. advising us that partial shipments are not accepted.
CANCELLATIONS: 19% RESTOCKING Fee.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Are accepted . NO RETURNS or EXCHANGES. Cancellations - 19% restocking fee
